Alright here is a great way to start your day.

Here is something that I would like to share with you today.

I found this video online a while back but I missed the massage a little bit but I have watched it everyday to start my day and I finally got the whole message out of it.

The success doesn't come from anywhere else but it comes from inside of you.  I know what people think about this I have tried to change things, I have thought about change, but I don't know how.

This isn't because you don't have to do anything hard.  You just have to change your standards.  Now I know you are thinking that is could be hard but its not.  All you have to do is take action.  What ever you decide you want to change is to change it everyday.

Stay with your discussion and do it everyday in any form.  If you do this everyday you will see a change you will see results.  Now I'm not the best one to explain this so now I will turn you over to Tony Robbins.

I'm sure you have heard other people talk about this and I know it sounds like a long stretch for most of us.  The truth is that it's not as far out of reach as most people think it is.

I know what my dreams are and I know how to get them and make them come true.  Does that mean I have already done so.   The answer would be NO.  Why you ask because if it was that easy then everyone would have got everything they dreamed for when they were born the truth is that just because they are not that far out of reach doesn't mean that we don't have to work for them.

That is what I want to talk to you about today.  You don't have to do the work all by yourself just because it is your dreams that you are reaching for doesn't mean that you can't ask for help getting them.  

Now I know this days it seems like we are all alone because it is hard to find someone that you can trust and believe in and then when you do find them you don't know if you can trust them because of all of the other people that you talked to before and thought that you could trust just to have them let you down.  I know the feeling I've been there done that it stinks.

I'm glad to say that there are some people out there that are willing to help you out without asking for much.  I say much in a general term because most people think that as soon as you saw they are asking for something in return everyone first thinks of money.  Well that is not what I mean when I saw asking for much.  There are a lot of people out there like me and a few other people that I know that are just in it because we like to help people so our pay back from you is seeing you reach your goals or your dream.  

In this new day and age of Online marketing the old stuff that everyone use to use just doesn't work that well any more and the one thing that has always worked and will always continue to work is friendship or relationships with the people that you are trying to promote to.

Lets face the facts if there were two people standing in front of a super market holding a sign that they were selling the same thing which one would you go to if you were interested in the product that they were selling?  

Ok so now let see which one you would choose the first one you see holding the sign is someone that you have never seen before but he is out front so you start walking toward him you see the other guy that was holding the same exact sign but you notice that he is someone from your community.  So now think about how you are going to answer the question from before.

That's right you are going to probable pick the guy from your community why because you know who he is you have probable talked to him and you are going to trust what he says more then you are going to trust someone that you have never seen or talked to.

Now I know online its a little different because you don't normally get to see the person you are talking to but if you have spent some time talking to them or chatting with them then you are going to be more likely to trust them then someone that you have never talked to before.

So now I will give you that chance to get to know me I would love to help you with any question that you might have about online marketing or just working from home in general.  I'm not going to claim to know everything but I know a lot of people that have been doing this for a long time so I could ask them and probable get the answer for you.  I would love to do that for anyone that is interested in getting started in online work. 

Now for my reasoning.  This is the good part the main reason I like helping people with this is because there are too many of the guru's these days that tell you they are going to tell you a secret about the online work but they leave out one small part that really makes them the most money.  I don't know of any secrets because there isn't really any secrets to it.  It's just the fact of following a few steps and taking action, and the main secret is to stick with it.

Just my true feelings today!

Read at your own risk just want to let you know there might be some of this you might not want to hear.

I saw a video today that made me think about this blog post so I don't have the link to the video so I can't show you the one I'm talking about but it made me kind of mad because I have seen lots of videos showing a lot of the same things right now.

I'm sure you have heard this in some video before.  "This program will save you from all of the trail and error that everyone seems to go through."  Now what I don't get is if there is so many of these programs that will save you all of the trail and error then way is everyone still going through the same trail and error to make this business work.

Well I will try and explain it the best that I can.  Everyone still has to go through the trail and error process I don't care who you are or what program you decide to use.  The main reason for this is because I could set here and tell you the same thing about all of the programs that I use.  But the truth is I don't because I can't predict what is going to work for you.  Nobody is the same so the tools that I use will work for everyone but not everyone will like using them.  I use the ones that I like and that fit my strengths and that is why there is no program out there that can say they are going to solve all of your problems with one program.

So as far as using the tools that work the best and get results is a great way for advertising that is why we need to tell people what the program will offer and let them decide if that is what they are looking for.  Because the biggest thing that most people fail to see it that it takes more then just good tools to make a program work for someone.

I'm going to use the Traffic exchanges that I use as an example.  They are Deepseahits, Hitsafari, Soaring4traffic, and Realhitz4U.  Now the reason for using those four traffic exchanges.  If you have been online for a while you have probable seen or heard about TEHoopla is a traffic exchange ranking site.  They sites are ranked by results and how many new people are joining everyday.

If you go there and look up all four of those TE's they are not all ranked in the top some of them are but not all of them.  So why would I use them instead of the ones that get the best results.  Well let me tell you.

I use them all because if you surf 200 pages per day at Hitsafari, Soaring4Traffic, and RealHitz4U you get 30 extra credits at all three of them for the day, and you get an extra 100 power points per day.  Now if you do that 5 days a week you get another 500 power points for that week.  Then another 500 power points for doing that 20 times in a month so that is an extra.  So say you do that for just the 20 days per month.  2000 extra points for the daily surfing,  2000 extra points for the weekly surfing,  and then an extra 500 points for the month 4500 points per month.  Now you can use those points for more credits, banner imp, or text imp, or the one that I go for a month upgrade at one of the sites.  If you have a hard time referring people then you can get the upgrade at RealHitz4U and get random referrals.  All of that just from surfing so there are a lot of benefits that I like there.

So what is the point you ask.  Well maybe John Doe over here is great at referring people and doesn't like to surf that many sites per day.  Well over at the other traffic exchanges maybe he will get more credits while surfing like at Commando Surf that if you surf at Tezak Traffic Power, Traffic-Splash, and Dragon Surf at the same time you will receive 100% active bonus while you are surfing.  So everyone likes something different so you have to tell them what the program you are promoting has to offer and let them decide what benefits work best for them.

So just because someone says that their program has everything that you need but gives you no benefits of the program then they are probable trying to hide something or they are trying to get you on a list which is fine as long as they give you the information about the benefits a little bit before they expect you to pay for anything.  I wouldn't ever sign up for an program that is going to try and charge you anything before you get to see what they have to offer.  So be careful with that.  Make sure they are giving you the answers to your questions before they ever ask for any money.

That is why in my list and my other programs that I really recommend people contact me before they join any programs that I have suggested to them because if you still have question about what the program has to offer I would love to explain it in more details so you don't sign up for something of mine and say this isn't what I need or want.  I want my people to know exactly what they are getting before they sign up or spend any of their money because I will tell you right now some of the programs that I like aren't right for everyone.

Earning a little extra Money

If you are looking for a way to make a little extra money to pay for some upgrades or something like that.

Well its not the fastest way to make some extra money and its not going to make you rich by itself but it will help you with some other same payments if you are like me and don't want to take that money straight out of your pocket to pay for your online membership sites that you are still trying to get built.

These programs are something that everyone has probable heard of before they are PTC sites.

But these days they are normally much more then just a PTC site.  I will explain quickly what they are and then I will go through a few of the top sites that are really good at payouts fast and every time.

Well in the beginning they were just that for the most part is PTC sites with means they paid to click on ad links and stay on that page for a certain amount of time and then you would get a set amount for your time.  Now this was a small amount normally because of course the site owner had to make money as well.  But they were good for making a few extra bucks.

Well now most of them have went to so many other Paid to action sites.  Just to name a few and explain them quick.

PTP- is one of the newest ones Paid to Promote.  Means you will get a small amount for every unique hit that you send to that site.

PTR- one of the older actions.  Means that you get paid to read emails that are sent out.

PTS-  this is Paid to sign up.  Also old but you have to sign up for the program with true information and complete the activation process to get credited for signing up and you can one do this once.

PFS-  This is one of the fastest ways to earn extra money.  Paid for surveys so just what it sounds like you will be paid for completing a survey.

PFT-  Another pretty new concept.  Paid For Task.  about the same as the Surveys you complete special task that are available.

Alright time for some of the best sites out there for these.

Clix Sense.  One of the oldest and longest lasting PTC sites.  They offer PTC, PTS, PFS, PFT, and they also have the click grid, and the only one that I know of that has a bonus for completing a list of things to do for the day.  Has a cheap yearly upgrade option that will help make you more money.

FusionCash:   This one hasn't been around as long as Clix Sense but still has been around for a long time and really good at paying out fast.  It has one of the easiest PTC systems out there and you will get 0.15 per day.  They also have PTS is one of their biggest money making,  It also has a really high payout minimum of $25.

EarnEasyCash:  This one is pretty new but is still making a good name for itself and this one also has a very cheap yearly membership fee.  Great earning and has pleanty of ways to promote it on the way home.

Staying connected with your list.

This is one of the most important things for building your list.

Now why is that you might ask will let me tell you.

If you see a ad that catches your eye what do you do?   You click on that ad your you put in your information to find out more information right.

Now what is it that you expect to find when you get that email.

• Most people are expecting more information
• some are think this is another sales pitch
• some are thinking what did I sign up for
• and some are thinking dang this is probable going to be more spam mail.

So what is your job in all of this to keep people on your list is one of the biggest mistake that a lot of people make.

When you get that email now really think about how you feel or what you really think when you get that email subject line that say something like.

• Join my program now
• Make lots of money with this program
• This made me millions while I was sleeping 

So you get the point those are sales lines and a lot of people use them because they see them all the time and think they much be working if these people are still using them.  The truth is that they use to and those people still use them because now they are multi-millionaire's and don't really care anymore if you sign up or not so if they get 5 or 6 people to sign up and buy their product for one paid ad they are still making money.

So what does work now well there are a few things that work pretty good now but it really has to be something that you need to figure out what is your style.  Now I know this is always one of the hardest things to figure out.

Let me explain it the best way that I can.  If something really worked to get your attention ask yourself what it was about that ad, subject line, email, or splash page that really catch your attention first.  I mean really think about it.  Now think about the same thing with your list what is it that you really want to hear when you get an email.

Because believe it or not you are not the only one in the world that is going to react to that kind of subject line.  So in short be curiosity to your list, or remember the golden rule when you were a kid.

"Treat other as you would have them treat you"  Not sure who wrote this but it was good advise.

If you treat the people on your list like you would like to be treated then the people that do respond to that email and start reading your other emails are going to be people that you are going to be able to relate to because they think like you do.  So why is this so important don't you want to get something that everyone response to.  Well in short NO.  Why because if you have 10,000 people on your list and they all react differently to something a little different are you going to write 10,000 different emails just to try and make them all happy no.  You are going to write the way you want to hear things so you want people that like to hear the same stuff on your list so they will be very easy to talk to.

So the best subject line are something that is going to be curiosity to your list, something that will give them a little taste of what's inside without really revealing it.  Something that is going to make them think man I really need to see what is inside that email.

Well I hope this will help someone out there get better at writing their emails and make it easier to grow your list.

The Low down on MLM programs

Alright so what is a MLM program?

Well lets start there and MLM program is a Multi Level Marketing system.  Now for you people that don't know that much about this that means that you have to fill in a downline Multi Levels done.

So that mean you refer one person or two people and then they refer one or two people and so on down the list.  And just for you people that do better with pictures.  Here it is in picture form.

So this is a MLM program in picture form.

How do you tell a good one from a bad one?

Well there are a few rules to follow or at least the ones that I use.  I like to ask myself a few questions and I will put this in bullet form so its easy to read.

• What is it that they are selling?
• Is the product worth what they are selling it for?
• How much commission are they give you to sell it for them?

Now to expand on those a little bit.

What is that they are selling?

Well everyone know that for a company to make money they have to be selling something.  If they don't have anything to sell then nobody else is going to buy it.  Now there are lots of different forms of stuff to sell.

It could be a product, a service, information, Now there is a lot of different sub titles in those three areas but those are pretty much it for selling something.

Is the product worth what they are selling it for?

Now the reason this is so important is because if the product they are selling isn't worth the price they are selling it for.  The first thing that is going to happen is the company is going to disappear pretty fast and this is why.   Because if they are selling the product and want you to sell it and offer the MLM as a way to make your money back.  Where is the money that you are making coming from?  It comes from the people that you get to sign up.  So when you get to the bottom of the pile what are those people buying the product for they are buying it hoping to make money off it right.  Nobody is buying the product anymore they are buying the system but those at the bottom aren't going to be able to sell it after so many people are in.

So what happens will you made a pyramid to build it up right well now take out the bottom of that pyramid what do you think is going to happen.  Nobody wants the product for that price so the bottom people drop out the next level stops making money so they drop out and so on up the pyramid until there is nobody left and the company dies so the people at the top made money but they made it by taking money from someone  else.  Not an easy feeling to go to bed with every night unless you have no feelings.

Now most of these people that make money off of these kind of programs don't have feelings so I like to call them robots.

How much commission do they pay?

Now this one only comes into play if the first two questions can be answered as yes.  This is why because even if the company has a good product to sell that is worth the price they are charging then this one is a bit harder to explain.  

In all honesty the company still has to make money and they have to make more then what they are paying you because they have to pay people for customer service, server fees, hosting, domain fees, and other expanse I'm not going to bore you with those details.  So if they are pay 100% commissions or something close to that you might want to be careful.  Because what this means is that they still have to do the same thing that you are selling the product themselves to make the company money.  

But as the company grows then they have to make sure there are enough people that are using the product under them that aren't promoting the product so they are making enough to cover their cost and still turn a profit.  Lets face the facts no company is going to stay open or keep running if they aren't making some profit.

So a good commission level if your not sure and don't want to do all of the research to find out if there is anything worth promoting is about 65% if its much higher then that then you might want to check out some reviews, ask friends, someone else in Online marketing.  Just watch out for some stuff like that.

Well I hope this will get out there and help someone make a more informed decision about what programs to try.  If you want to check out a some good programs that are MLM look for the ones that you can get started for free so you can get into the system and see what they are all about before you have to pay for anything.

Making money online

So you want to know how to make money online.

OK this is pretty easy to explain now that I have found out some new information on how to make money online.  I have been working with Empower Network and the training there is amazing and I have found out so much more about it then I have ever thought would be possible to find for as little as they charge.

So the first thing you want to do is:

To start making money online with any program it doesn't matter what it is that you are promoting the first thing is to start a list.  I know everyone is telling you this but let me explain a little bit on why. 

1. Main reason is so you have someone that is interested in what you have to say and you have someone to sell your products to.  If you have your own list you can sell them anything you want.

2. You can find out more about that person that you are trying to sell to.  What I mean by that is you can find out what they are interested in and what kind of programs they are looking for.  

3. The more people you get on your list the faster you can get your name out there and people will start seeing that you have something to offer because people on your list will start telling other people about you if you take the time to get to know them.  The fastest way to build a good business is from word of mouth. 

The next step after you get some people on your list.

Take the time to get to know some of them and find out what they are looking for and what you can help them with to get them to where they want to do from making money online. 

Final after you have found out what they want.

Now its time to do some research about the programs that you are promoting because everyone is looking for something different so you find the things in your programs that would interest that person and send them an email about that program they will show them the benefits that will make them interested in your program.

Even if they are different from the benefits that you like about the program.  So your job as their sponsor is to help make them fell like they really need to sign up for your program. 

So I hope this all makes sense and I hope it will help someone out there with something. 

Blogging is a great way to start building your list.  Because you can give them free information and then if they like what they are reading they will sign up for your list to hear more about what you have to say.

New information for working online

Ok now I have been doing this for a while working online and its starting to work somewhat not real fast. I'm starting to get somewhere and the one thing that I have found so far that works the best is to find one or maybe two programs that pay commissions for getting people to sign up under you. After you figure out what programs you want to promote sign up for about 4 or 5 traffic exchanges to help promote those programs and that is just for the constant views to your site without a lot of time. But the best place to promote your programs that you are either a paid member to or a free member that pays commissions to free members is at List builders or Safe lists which are both about the same thing. A lot of programs that offer commissions if you look into the affiliate tools or promotion pages will have some type of a email sample you can use this to get started if you want but the best results are going to come from using the program and put the things in the email that you like best about the program. Now I know this is not going to get the attention of everyone that you send it too but the reason I say to use the things that you like the most is because then the people you do get into the program are going to be easier to promote other programs and stuff to later when you start expanding because they will be people that are looking for the same things that you are looking for in a program.
