If you like using traffic exchanges better then Ptc sites then here are a few good traffic exchanges and some really good e-books that can help get you started.  But one thing to always remember about traffic exchanges is to only advertise one thing.  If you would like to advertise more programs then that what you need to do is to build your own list first and then promote those sites or programs to your list.  So always promote your list in traffic exchanges.

Froghits.com  is just what it says here surf for cash and traffic at the same time.

This is an e-book that has some other traffic exchanges that have great benefits if you surf all three everyday.  The e-book has lots of information that is really good for beginners.
