If you are looking to start a list of your own

Leadskimmers is by far the best list builder out there right now because if you upgrade right away then anyone under you has to either upgrade right away also or they have to get three referrals that go on your list.  So either way you get something out of them.
Building a list is probable the best and fastest way to start making some money from home because you can actually talk to the people on your list and listen to what they want so you can send them information or products that are centered around what they want and need.  So you don't have to try and promote them all of the affiliate programs that you have, you can target them by sending them only the ones that they are interested in.
Its a lot easier to promote your list in traffic exchanges, safelists, PTC sites, they work everywhere you just have to change your splash page a little bit for each one but you can still make them work.
